AOS remain focused on gender diversity and advancing women’s participation in the Oil & Gas industry. The number of women in senior positions at AOS continues to rise as the company aims to promote gender diversity in our industry which is traditionally dominated by men.
AOS Second Engineer Amy Rylance and ETO Elise Kelly (pictured above) made up 40% of the engineering department headcount on the Fugro Etive manned by AOS. In addition, we have employed a number of female employees as Deck Officers, Marine Engineers, Medics and several junior offshore positions.
We are passionate about promoting women in the Marine and Oil & Gas industries to enable woman to become a big part of the future generation of seafarers.
